Tech21 designs touch sensors and user interface software that simplify interaction with mobile electronics. The core technology was invented by Oliver Völckers in 1998 and has been developed continuously since then.

Tech21 sensors can be used to create touchpad-keyboard combinations for mobile phones and to optimize analog controls for hand-held tools, kitchen appliances etc.

For production, Tech21 co-operates with suppliers and manufacturers. The company supplies and licenses components to device manufacturers. The company's technology is protected internationally by more than 50 patent applications.
